If you like SPICY and HOT, then Firecracker Dogs are sure to please! What's not to like about 'dawgs' that have been marinated in a bottle of Tabasco Pepper Sauce. Instead of foot-long dogs specified in the recipe, I used Hebrew National Jumbo Beef Franks for a 'perfect fit' on the buns, and added a little shredded cheddar cheese along with chopped, fresh tomato on top. Now to kick it up a couple of notches, add some Chipotle-Cilantro Coleslaw for a great side. Spice on Spice! If your forehead doesn't start to "glisten", you probably just need to chow down directly on one of the Chipotle chili's. Get the recipe here: Chipotle Cilantro Slaw.

Round it all out with your choice of chips, a tub of ice cold beer and let a little summer steam off!
